Our cous cous is braised with cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, chickpeas, raisins and apricots and tumbled with parsley and mint. We top the cous cous with butternut suqash wedges that have been roasted in our exciting ras el hanout spice blend, olive oil and orange juice.
