My role is to ensure all our dishes and menus are nutritionally balanced and go above and beyond the national guidance for food provision in early years settings. I support all partners of the business is providing the very best nutrition for the children in their care but also in developing a whole setting approach to healthy eating. I advocate for Nursery Kitchen in pushing the boundaries of early years’ nutrition and support the business in being a thought leader in this space.

I manage the flow of stock at Nursery Kitchen, balancing demand and supply to ensure our kitchens have the right ingredients at the right time. My role involves forecasting demand, planning orders, and coordinating with suppliers, all as part of the journey of creating a balanced, healthy meal for the children in our care.

Outside of work, I love making the most of my free time by travelling and discovering new places, whether that is a weekend getaway or a bigger adventure. I enjoy baking, curling up with a good book (especially an Agatha Christie novel), and exploring new spots with my rescued lemon beagle by my side. I also value spending quality time with family and friends, and I will admit to being an absolute shopaholic who enjoys finding the perfect treat or bargain.

I’m also and keen crafter and enjoy anything from pottery painting to jewellery making!
My role is to support in delivering our exciting people strategies and projects; this includes establishing and embedding Learning and Development, coaching our managers on employee relations, and working with Head of People to deliver our exciting growth activities.
