Starting solids is an exciting milestone, but when it comes to introducing common allergens, it’s completely normal for parents to feel a little unsure or even anxious.

Research suggests that delaying the introduction of allergens beyond six months may actually increase the risk of developing allergies later on. That’s why it’s recommended to start introducing them, one at a time, any time after your baby reaches 6 months and has begun exploring their first tastes.
